Warranty period:
All products include an 18-month warranty for the repair and replacement of Saba Aria service parts.


This warranty is void in the following conditions:
• Non-standard initial setup
• Distortion of the serial number of the device, as well as the mismatch between the serial number of the device and the warranty card
• Injuries caused by electrical fluctuations, physical injuries or any kind of impact and breakage, burns and penetration of liquids, detergents or chemicals.
• Damages caused by transportation and use in inappropriate environmental conditions and any non-standard and incorrect use of goods
• Any repair of the device and its parts by a third party other than authorized dealers
• Using more than the daily working capacity determined by the manufacturer listed on the website and product catalog of Saba Service Aria Company
• Damage caused by incorrect installation of replaceable components
• All injuries caused by improper use of cartridges and non-original consumables.
• Using papers that do not match the standards set by the manufacturer in terms of weight and size.
• Using software that is not specific to the device.
• Accessories such as adapters and cables are not included in the warranty.


The buyer is responsible for transporting the device to warranty centers in Tehran and other cities.
